What I'm into














Picking up snowboarding was a fun, albeit, painful experience. It was a season full of falls and bruises, but it felt so good to feel myself get better after every trip. I'm happy to say I'm no longer a heel side warrior (although I'm still working on mastering my toe side).
After an initial few weeks of some failed loaves, I finally was able to figure out how to make a successful loaf. I bake a loaf almost every week for friends and family using my starter (her name is Loafelia). There's nothing more satisfying than a well proofed loaf!
My perfect Saturday is a sunny day out at the park with some friends, bringing our favorite foods, and enjoying each other's company. There's something so serene about being able to sprawl out on a gingham blanket shaded under a canopy of trees, listening to your favorite music.
